All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, logos, and the Flywheel Fit Score methodology — are owned by Franchise Compass and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of information you provide (e.g., questionnaire responses, profile details). By providing this information, you grant Franchise Compass a limited license to use and process it solely to deliver personalized recommendations and services to you.
